This role exists to ensure timely and effective handling of social media interactions, supporting the brand’s digital presence and customer experience.
Job Task
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and questions across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) using our brand tone and SOPs.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Meta AI) to assist in crafting responses.
Escalate complex inquiries to the relevant internal teams.
Identify trending topics or FAQs and share insights with the digital team.
Assist in writing captions, editing visuals, and creating simple content using Canva or similar tools.
Use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, generate drafts/contents, or enhance visuals.
Contribute to mini-projects such as thematic content series or engagement experiments.
Support live digital events by moderating chats, answering questions, and assisting with basic tech setup (camera, mic, streaming software).
Help collect and organize engagement data during events.
Compile weekly reports on social media interactions.
Maintain a content archive and update the FAQ database.
Support documentation of digital activities and learnings.
Requirements
Fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field
Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing and social media
Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite)
Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement
Experience with AI tools for content creation
Experience in managing day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments/messages across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Familiarity with key performance indicators such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, response time, and follower growth.
Ability to interpret these metrics to assess content performance and engagement quality.
